Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good service Wasnt a bad experience, they went really fast even though they were busy. Had to sit and weight to be done. Did not like they I had to pay for a diagnostic test when I told them what was wrong with the vehicle. However vehicle runs good again..

Rated 2 out of 5 by from U satisfied for the first time! I have always received excellent service with Firestone at North Hills Meridian MS...until this past week. Replaced a wheel baring the tool broke and I had to stay overnight! ( I came for service from out of town due to a recent move) then the next day I was informed they had it put back together but my trac kights and bsc lights were staying on and they would have to put a new bearing on due to technician having nicked the wheel bearing magnet? But they couldn't fix it that day. I would have to bring it back another day! So....I bring it back in a week later leave it for several hours and get a call saying they can't fix it and they would refund me my money. Now I gave to go and pay more Han my refunded amount to get it fixed....not happy with this kind of service. If they can not fix this due to wrong tools or lack of parts or fear they will break it again..then they should never have tried to fix it in the first place.....confused and unhappy customer!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Friendly Service I went on last week because several maintenance lights were displayed on my car. The staff was friendly and they appeared to fix the problems; However, a few days later one of the lights came back on so I still have a tire problem at this point.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beyond the Call of Duty! On a Sunday afternoon we encountered a belt failure and were not sure that we could find a mechanic. This service center was open and agreed to look at the problem. First thought was that it was a simple belt replacement. Then, it was found that a second belt was required and then that both were being affected by a separated pulley. The manager kept us apprised every step of the way and went out of his way to get us a part when he did not have one in stock. The technician was competent and persisted in his repair efforts to completion of the repair. The extra effort of the entire shop are greatly appreciated.
