Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Customer Service My son is a college student at VCU. While in Richmond, he took his car to be serviced at Firestone. The manager was so helpful. He even offered to give my son a rental car while his vehicle was being fixed. I love the way estimates and invoices were sent to me via email. The staff at this location was helpful and courteous.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Find another Firestone I've used Firestone and usually go to the one at 2001 Huguenot Rd. Richmond VA. So all Firestones are NOT the same. I'd picked up a nail in the tire and brought it here to repair. Took 30 minutes to get me registered in, as I had a warranty on the new tires from Firestone at Huguenot. When I picked up no charge due to repair warranty. Indicator light was on for low air, came back in and the tech blew me off and was told, it takes time to reset. Funny thing was it was the end of the day and there were several techs available that could have easily gave it a check, as it was loosing air. Got to a location away from home and had dinner to return to my car to have the same tire being totally flat. I will never go to this location again as the last time I'd had work done at this location, I had to bring it back as there were issues. In the end they didn't repair the tire, had the white wall turned in (Expect more from Firestone that specializes in tire work), when all the others were white walls out. To me this location focuses more on getting something out the door, rather than doing the job right. I brought it to the Firestone Huguenot location that couldn't have been nicer and did the job right.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Beware Took vehicle in for new tires, while there thought it would be convenient to have an oil change. After we got the vehicle home noticed oil was leaking, and the oil drain plug wasn't even a hand tight. It might seem like a simple task, but not all people might have the knowledge or tools to handle that situation.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cannot say enough I cannot say enough about David Dole and Sam during my visit. I had caught a nail in my tire and called the store to see if they could possibly look at since it was less than thirty minutes before the store would close. Sam was friendly over the phone and said it would be no problem for them to look at it for me regardless of the close time. Any time there is something wrong with your vehicle it is a scary time, but for a single female it becomes even more scary. These men made me feel important and showed true compassion for me, which being so close to the close time showed that they truly care for their customers. Rather than turning me away, they were willing to fix my tire again regardless of their close time. They stayed an extra hour just for me to be sure that I made my trek home safely. I am over the moon for the service that I was provided, and like I said I cannot say enough good things about David, Sam and the technician that stayed over for me.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Took way too long and aggressive salesman! I went in because I could see a screw sticking out of my front tire. The gentleman immediately started telling me that all four tires looked terrible and should be replaced. He told me my car would be ready in 90 minutes. After 1 hr and 10 minutes my car still hadn't been touched. After 2 hours my tire had finally been replaced but there was a vague description of some damage done to the tire pressure sensor valve and they tried to sell me another $100 product to fix this. In the end, the gentleman who actually repaired my car seemed confused when I asked how bad the other tires looked. They were in great condition according to him.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Awful Experience I made an appointment to receive the FREE alignment check at 2PM. Once I arrived, they would not honor the coupon/email from their website and I was overcharged $40 compared to the online quote. I also did not receive my car back until after 5PM, even though I was told it would be ready by 4PM at the latest. I am highly disappointed with their lack of concern for my time and money.
