Rated 2 out of 5 by from An employee almost ran me over After I dropped my car off I was walking through the parking lot to go get some breakfast at a place down the street when one of their employees came speeding through the parking lot and took the turn extremely fast and came within 3 feet of hitting me. I didn't say anything to a manager at the time because it was the guy that was actually working on my car when I got back. The guy at the service counter was great but I won't be back because of the recklessness of the other employee. People often forget, even if you are on your way to work you are still representing your company when in the vicinity.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Mechanics did not do task as requested I came in to the Woodinville, Washington location recently to have an axle (I believe--it might be called something else and I don't have my paperwork in front of me) replaced. I requested that if that replacement did not turn off my ABS light, to please call me and we could discuss how to proceed from there, because I really wanted that light off. I believe it was Patrick who hand wrote this request on my paperwork. When I picked the Jeep up, the axle had been replaced (although I get a lot of whining from the front end now that wasn't there before), no one had followed up with me about the ABS light still being on. I was very annoyed, pointing out the hand written request, and asked why they had not followed up with this request. The mechanics basically shrugged me off and gave me a $15 voucher, and have never followed up with me. That $15 voucher actually just made me completely angry, as though that made it all right. The stupid ABS light is still on, and I get angry at Firestone every time I see it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Went the extra mile During my annual service it was noted I had a rear break light out. I had the lamp replaced then (no big deal right) on my way home the rear lamp went out again. The next day I rolled into their shop in the middle of the day with no appointment. The staff apologies for any inconvenience and replaced the lamp out in the middle of the parking lot while I enjoyed a. Cup of coffee..... and this was performed within my lunch break. Way to go. You know I'll be back.
