Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good service Used them to buy a set of tires and do the wheel alignment. I am giving it 4 stars instead of five coz we had an appointment, left the car for them to work on it, returned after a couple of hours and the car was not finished. We had to wait for them to finish it. I did like the fact that they highlighted some repairs that needs to be made on the car (oil, air filter, etc...)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beyond Expectations I was able to make an appointment and have the tires ready to install when I arrived. Every effort was made to be timely and professional. The combined experience of all the techs is enormous and they were courteous and friendly and completely rare in this world of impersonal high tech overselling, which nobody even attemped to do and that was great. Not only that, but when I had an issue a couple days later, with vibration, and after having it inspected by 3 other shops, I went back to Firestone and told them of the problem. It quickly became evident it had nothing to do with my tires, but they test drove it for me anyway, saw what I was talking about and then took the time to put it up on the rack and all of the guys looked and they discovered a faulty driveshaft mount. It was very well diagnosed and though it wasn't their problem they gave me the best of their knowledge.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very Dissappointed! I brought my car in because it was running rough, hesitating and low power. I was charged $100 for a diagnostic which determined that a number of sensors were defective and it would cost $3,000 to $4,000 to repair everything. My disappointment comes from the fact that I was charged $100 for putting my car on a machine and as far as I could tell no-one took my car for a test drive or even tried to determine which device out of the ones reported to be defective would actually cause the problems that I was having. When I picked up the car the technician asked me to describe the problem and hadn't even looked at the car himself. I would have like to talk with the actual technician that worked on the car to determine if he had any idea from his own knowledge what coulf have caused the problem. All in all I would not bring my car to Firestone again and would not recommend it to anyone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Authentic, caring and good at what they do. I got a flat tire less than three weeks from getting my new car....Bummer to say the least. These guys were responsive, helpful and took care of me and my new tire in one day. It would have been less but they didn't carry Continental, which is the brand on my new Mercedes. I will definitely go back if I need anything again. Kenneth, the manager was especially helpful but they were all great!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from NOT GOOD Since I change my tire, my tire pressure sensor is not working. When I asked one of your mechanic, he said he had no idea. I took my car the other mechanic shop. They told me that you probably broke the sensor while changing tire

Every single time I am amazed at their great customer service, their honesty, and the quality of work they perform on my vehicles. They have definitely earned my trust and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Great people who really care about what they do and the customers they serve.
