DOD SkillBridge Program
At Firestone Complete Auto Care, we also value employing Veterans across our retail locations. We have partnered with the Army Career Skills and Department of Defense (DOD) SkillBridge programs to launch a Military Fellowship Program that provides service members with hands-on automotive technician training and career opportunities as they transition into civilian life. We join a family of other organizations who partner with the DOD SkillBridge program to help service members gain valuable civilian work experience through specific industry training, apprenticeships, or internships during the last 180 days of service. Our Military Fellowship Program is also part of the Army Career Skills Program, which encourages soldiers to capitalize on training and development opportunities throughout their military careers.

Firestone Complete Auto Care has helped support WWP programs on a national and local level through fundraising, volunteering and raising awareness about how the organization has been meeting the growing needs of warriors, their families and caregivers since 2003.
