Have Questions about Vehicle Inspection? We Have Answers.

Why should I get an inspection?
Regular maintenance is the key to making sure your vehicle is in good condition for as long as possible. Whether you have noticed a problem or not, a Complete Vehicle Inspection can both pinpoint any current issues and make you aware of upcoming repairs you might want to start budgeting for.
How much does a Complete Vehicle Inspection cost?
Not as much as you may think. We do our best to keep our inspection costs as low as possible. Call your nearest Firestone Compete Auto Care location for an estimate and to make an appointment.
What is involved in a Free Courtesy Check?
At Firestone Complete Auto Care, every visit comes with a free courtesy check to make sure your vehicle’s basic systems are running smoothly. Our ASE-certified technicians will inspect the following free of charge:
  • Headlights & miscellaneous bulbs
  • Air filters
  • PCV Valve
  • Tires check: pressure, tread depth and wear patterns, TPMS light, signs of misalignment
  • Wiper blades
  • Fluid level check (windshield washer fluid, coolant, oil, power steering, brake master cylinder)
  • Battery test
  • Belts & hoses
For a more in-depth check, ask for a Complete Vehicle Inspection.
How often should I get an inspection?
Even if you haven’t noticed anything specifically wrong with your vehicle (strange smells, sounds or issues with handling), periodic inspections will ensure any small problems don’t turn into the need for huge repairs. Every car make and model is different, so follow the maintenance schedule for your vehicle to make sure you’re on the right track.
